A staff service surprise

The staff was welcoming and went above and beyond, making us feel at home. Every morning started with warm smiles and helpful tips.

Unfortunately, the room itself seemed a bit neglected. There were issues like broken fixtures and cleanliness left much to be desired.

great views but room upgrades needed

The ocean view from my King Room was breathtaking and made my stay memorable. The convenient location of the restaurant nearby added to the enjoyment of my trip.

The rooms really need to be upgraded to match the price paid.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel is right near the duty-free shops and restaurants. We loved the sweet sculptures in the courtyard and enjoyed checking out the local nightlife. Remember, the pool could use some cleaning, but overall, it was a solid stay.

Had issues with the ice machines not working during our stay. It was a bit inconvenient not being able to get ice easily.

The Double Room with Two Double Beds was decent overall. The beds were comfy, and we had a nice ocean view, which was a plus. The room had enough space, but the decor felt a bit outdated. The cleaning staff did a good job, and everything was tidy. Just wished the bar and restaurant were open. that would’ve made it more enjoyable. The hotel has potential, but it needs some investment to really shine.

I had a decent stay where the best part was the cozy king room that had all the essentials. A nice view of the area. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise with tasty local food, and I appreciated how conveniently close the ferry terminal was for our journey. Just a heads up, the room didn't quite match the photos online, but it wasn't too bad overall! I'd consider staying again if passing through.

On the downside, multiple visitors experienced issues with dirty floors and torn sheets in their rooms, alongside slow room service, with deliveries arriving after 4:30 PM. The restaurant faced significant drawbacks as well, having run out of gas, which left guests unable to dine on their last day.

This was just a prime choice for a temporary stay in Charlotte Amalie with excellent value for money. The outdoor pool was decent, but the overall atmosphere felt very deserted. Don't expect much beyond a place to sleep. consider staying somewhere else if you plan to stay longer.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Windward Passage Hotel. The location was fantastic, right by the ferry terminal, making it super easy for us to catch our boat. Our room had a cozy corner with ample space for our kids to play and a nice view of the water.

The pool could have used a little cleaning.

stayed at the windward passage for one night and loved the location as it's close to our boat dock. the room was clean and adequate for our needs, nothing fancy but it worked for the short stay.

The location of the hotel is excellent -across from the

ferry station. However, the room was not clean, and we encountered rudeness from some staff members. On a positive note, the bellman Devion was friendly and helpful during our stay, making check-in smoother.
